Lisa Glaister is passionate about helping professionals and organisations unlock their full potential through sustainable wellbeing strategies. She partners with individuals and teams to boost energy, build resilience, and create balance so they can perform at their best without sacrificing health or happiness.
With an Honours degree in Environmental Geographical Science from the University of Cape Town, and certifications as a Neuroscience Hardwires Interpretation Coach and Health Coach through the prestigious Health Coaches Academy (UK), Lisa combines science-based insights with practical tools for real-world impact.
Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how nature, nutrition, and mindset shape performance. Drawing on her background in ecology and hands-on farming, she brings a unique perspective on the connection between soil, food, and human health.

When she’s not coaching, Lisa enjoys prayer and meditation, time with her husband and two sons, and staying active through weight training, hiking, mountain biking, and padel — often with her two Jack Russells by her side
